Volodymyr Tymochko

Managing Director, Private Equity

Volodymyr Tymochko is a Managing Director, Private Equity. At this position he is responsible for investment management of 10 active real estate projects in Ukraine. Prior to joining Dragon Capital Volodymyr was an Associate Director for Consulting and Investment Services at Colliers International. He is also a director at J Comfort Neruhomist, the development vehicle of Green Hills cottage community, and occupies a position of a non-executive director at shopping mall developer with operations in Ukraine. Volodymyr graduated from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and holds an MA degree in Economic Theory.

 

    Andriy Nosok

    Managing Director, Private Equity

    Andriy Nosok joined Dragon Capital in November 2007, and is responsible for deal origination and development of portfolio companies. Andriy currently sits on the board of companies in machine-building, FMCG, financial technology and security sectors. He has more than 10 years of experience in growth capital, buy-outs, restructurings, turnarounds and early stage financing transactions. Andriy started his career in 2003 in investment banking, being involved on different stages of M&A projects in financial services, construction materials, real estate and chemical sectors. Since 2005 he was focused on private equity, managing and advising on strategic development of portfolio companies in mining, production and service sectors. Andriy graduated summa cum laude and holds a master’s degree in International Economics from KROK University (Kiev, Ukraine) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Hogeschool NOVI (the Netherlands).

     

     

      Oleksandr Fedorov

      General Manager of Dragon Capital (Cyprus) Limited, Head of Risk Management

      Oleksandr joined Dragon team as a Retail Investment Consultant in 2010, being responsible for the development of client business in derivatives markets and related complex trading strategies. In 2012, he was promoted to Head of Risk Management, overseeing all major risks for the company. In 2013, Oleksandr became General Manager of Dragon Capital (Cyprus) Limited, Dragon Capital’s representative office in global markets. Oleksandr’s main responsibilities in the latter capacity lie in the field of operational control of the office and strategic development of the company’s business. Prior to Dragon Capital, he worked at Troika Dialog Ukraine as a middle officer. Oleksandr holds a Master’s with honors in International Financial Management from Kyiv National Economic University (Ukraine), his main study areas comprising derivative financial instruments and financial engineering.

       

        Olga Beloblovskaya

        Director, Marketing and Communications

        Olga Beloblovskaya started at Dragon Capital in December 2007 as an administrative assistant. She joined the company’s marketing and communications team in 2010 and was promoted to the position of Marketing and Communications Director in 2014, responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, planning and executing marketing campaigns and BTL projects, and managing relationships with media organizations. Prior to joining Dragon Capital, Olga worked at business tourism agency Worldservice Group (full range of services for the planning and organization of business trips in Ukraine and abroad, including conferences, seminars, training sessions). Olga graduated with honors from Nizhyn State Gogol University (Department of Foreign Languages).
