Andriy Bespyatov, Ph.D., CFA has been appointed President of CFA Ukraine, the leading national society of investment professionals and a member of the CFA Institute global network.

In his special address during Dragon Capital’s 8th Annual Ukraine Investor Conference Prof. Leszek Balcerowicz, Former Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister and President of the National Bank of Poland, discussed economic systems, institutional settings and economic policies that make countries successful.

During the 8^th Annual Ukraine Investment Conference (March 22-23), investors were asked to electronically vote on a number of questions regarding their perception of Ukraine’s investment climate and the country’s future generally. Results were immediately displayed on monitors in the conference hall and were used to further stimulate debate on relevant issues.
