Business Profile
Sevastopolenergo, supplying the Crimean city of Sevastopol (population: 377,000), is the smallest electricity distributor in Ukraine. The company owns a 2,118 km low-voltage grid with 904 MVA of transformer capacity. Sevastopolenergo sells 40% of its electricity to households; its other large consumers are the Black Sea Fleet and local water utility company. VSE International bought a 70% stake in Sevastopolenergo for $19m in 2001.
