IT Specialist

Responsibilities
- User support - 1st level
- Workstations (hardware + software) deployment and maintenance
- Printers, copiers, scanners maintenance
- End-user applications maintenance

Requirements
- Higher technical education (or graduating student)
- Confident user of MS Office 2003/2007/2010
- Confident user of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
- LAN, Internet – main principles of functioning, routing, firewalling
- Technical English is a must
- Knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure features is desirable

MS Project Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Implementation and maintenance of a MS Project management system to be used by the management of a fast-growing construction company.

Requirements:
- Experience in implementation of MS Project (or Spider Project) (preferably in the construction sphere, as well as in design);
- Experience in operations management planning based on MS Project (or Spider Project);
- Experience in a multi-project sphere;
- Experience in setting up a project management system taking into account the company’s organizational structure, procedures, policies, workflow and data collection;
- Experience in training users of MS Project (or Spider Project) and preparing instructions and/or user documentation;
- Experience in creating an interface with 1C and other programs (ie. estimation or engineering software).
