Financial Statements Manager (auditor) Responsibilities: Update accounting policies in line with changes in operating activities of SPVs and non-resident companies; Control compliance with respect to accounting policy principles of SPVs and non-resident companies; Form consolidated IFRS reports; Account and maintain non-resident companies’ settlement accounts; Prepare reports for shareholders; Prepare and assign information to auditors; work jointly with auditors on forming audit conclusions; Prepare and follow budgets for SPVs that leased out their assets and conduct normal business operations; Control over right bank details compilation in client-bank systems with respect to tax payments and other transfers (more than UAH 5,000); Control accuracy of interest charges on company liabilities; Control accuracy of tax and statistic statement issuance by SPVs; Inspect accuracy and completeness of tax statements for SPVs; Organize the procedure for preparing and referring non-resident companies’ tax statements to local tax authorities; Control completeness and timing of the submission by SPVs of relevant statements to the bank and the securities market authority; Prepare and oversee circulation of non-resident companies’ documentation; Prepare and register bond issuance for SPVs.
