Mykhailo Granchak is a Managing Director at Dragon Capital’s Investment Banking department. Over his 17 years career in investment banking, Mykhailo worked on numerous M&A deals, ECM/DCM transactions, and debt restructurings. He advised prominent Ukrainian and international companies in the IT, FMCG, retail, media & telecom, general manufacturing, infrastructure, mining, energy and agricultural industries. Mykhailo joined Dragon Capital in 2008. |
Prior to Dragon Capital, Mykhailo worked for over two years for Raiffeisen Investment AG, the investment banking arm of Raiffeisen Group, handling deals in the energy and mining industries. Earlier Mykhailo ran his own IT business, and before that worked as a computer programmer and IT system architect in the manufacturing and media sectors. Mykhailo holds a Master’s in Finance and a BA with honors in Economic Cybernetics from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. |
