Dragon Capital Acquires VIKING Business Center In Lviv

28.09.2021
Dragon Capital has acquired the business center VIKING in Lviv.

VIKING is a new Class A office property, located at the intersection of Zelena and Pymonenko streets in Lviv’s Sykhiv district. The business center consists of two sections of 9 and 12 floors with a total area of 18,766 square meters and a parking space for 102 cars. The facility was put into operation in August 2021.

“This is our second business center in Lviv and the 14th in Dragon Capital's office real estate portfolio in Ukraine,” said Tomas Fiala, CEO of Dragon Capital. “We built our first office facility in Lviv in 2020 as part of the expansion of our Victoria Gardens shopping mall, adding 8,000 square meters of offices to 52,000 square meters of retail spaces. We see great potential in the commercial real estate market in Lviv and, in addition to retail and office facilities, we are also developing a large-scale project, M10 Lviv Industrial Park, for more than 140,000 square meters.”

VIKING is to get "green" certification soon in accordance with international BREEAM standards. The concept of the business center was thought out to the last detail, from engineering systems and planning decisions to the interiors of the lobby and public areas.

IT companies were the business center’s first tenants. Its open spaces, panoramic glazing, intelligent elevator control system with direct access to the parking lot, round-the-clock security, well-developed infrastructure and cozy terrace all combined to attract IT workers to this office space.
